Abstract:Inordertomettheindividualneedsofstudentsandimproveeducatorsunderstandingofstudents,thisstudy proposestooptimizetheevaluationstrategyofstudents‘individualtytoprovidemoreefcientteachingservices.Basedonthe analysisoftheexistingproblemsinteachingevaluation,thispaperputforwardthebasicprinciplesofindividualizedformative evaluationandhowtouseevaluationtoolsandmethodstooptimizeindividualizedformativeevaluationstrategies,soasto improvetheindividualizeddegreeofformativeevaluationineducation.Theresultsofthisstudycanprovideeducatorswithmore accuratefedbackandguidanceforstudents,whichisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingthequalityofeducationandmeting theindividual needs of students.
