Abstract：Inordertomettheindividualneedsofstudentsandimproveeducatorsunderstandingofstudents，thisstudy proposestooptimizetheevaluationstrategyofstudents‘individualtytoprovidemoreefcientteachingservices.Basedonthe analysisoftheexistingproblemsinteachingevaluation，thispaperputforwardthebasicprinciplesofindividualizedformative evaluationandhowtouseevaluationtoolsandmethodstooptimizeindividualizedformativeevaluationstrategies，soasto improvetheindividualizeddegreeofformativeevaluationineducation.Theresultsofthisstudycanprovideeducatorswithmore accuratefedbackandguidanceforstudents，whichisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingthequalityofeducationandmeting theindividual needs of students.
