Abstract：Inresponsetotheproblemssuchasthedisconnectionbetweenthetraditionaltalentcultivationplanforrailway engineeringandtheactualdemands，thelackofapersonalizedtalentcultivationsystem，andthenedforimprovementinthe talentcultivationqualityevaluationsystem，basedontheOBE-CDIOconcept，thereformandinnovationofthetalentcultivation modelforrailwayengineringhavebeencariedout.Aself-designedcultivation planmodelbasedoncorecapabilitieshasbeen formed，asdetted"tifddvesifdsoalidalndevelptginglntivatioss beenestablishedandapersonalizedtalentcultivationqualityevaluationsystemhasbeenimproved.Thishaspromotedthe constructionofthenewengineringdisciplinecootationof"engineeinginovationability"and"adaptablityto"，changesnd continuously enhanced the comprehensive strength of the disciplineand the level of talent cultivation.
