Abstract：Withthedevelopmentoftheneweraof building"new fourdisciplines"anddevelopingNew QualityProductive Forcesproposedbyourcountry，andtheconsiderationoftheeducationalreformproblemsandongoingreformatemptsoccurred inuniversitsnowdays，inustrialenginerinspecialtyinrgioaluversitisisakensteresearchjectandteteaching concepts，methods，designandmodesofindustrialengineringspecialtyinregionaluniversitiesaredeplyexploredandanalyzed. Further，howtodevelopnewqualityproductivityofindustialengineeringspecialtyisstudied.Takingregionalcollgesasan example，basedoncolegeeducation，thenewqualityproductivityofindustrialengineeringspecialtyisdevelopedthroughmulti disciplinaryintegrationfromfouraspects：adjustmentofprofessonalstructure，introductionofnewtechnology，combinationof production and education，and establishment of multi-dimensional evaluation and feedback system.
