Abstract：Theconceptof "student-centered，outcomes-based"hasbecometheguidingprincipleforthedevelopmentof highereducationandthereformofuniversityeducationandteachinginthenewera.Basedonyearsof teachingpractice experience，thispaperproposesacurrculumoutlineandageneralprocessforcurrculumteachingdesign basedontheOBE （Outcome-BasedEducation）conceptof"reversedesign，positiveconstruction".Then，combiningtheOBEconceptandtheactual situationofundergraduatestudentsmajoring inscienceeducationatouruniversityinthestudyof physics theorycourses，a curriculumteachingreformwasconductedwiththemainstrategyofpermeatingproject-basedlearning.Theevaluationofthe implementationefectofthecuiculumrevealedthattheintegrationofproject-basedlearningintheoreticalcoursesservesto ignite students‘ learning enthusiasm and foster a heightened sense of cooperation among students.
