Abstract：Postgraduateeducationincolegesanduniversitiesisaciticalelementincultivatinghigh-levelinnovatietalents， andinovationandreformofgraduatetrainingmodelsarecrucial.Toadressthepracticalisuesingraduateeducation，we proposea"thre-in-one"talenttrainingmodelof"mentorguidance-studentmutualasistance-institutionalmanagement"withthe goalofcultivatingigh-levelinnovativetalents.Wealsoestablishafive-dimensionalcomprehensivetrainingpltfof"teaching interaction-academicconferenceshardwarefacilities-tesiswitingresearchprojects"Troughthefivedimensionsofteaching interactin，academiccoferences，hardwarefacilies，thesiswriting，andresearchprojects，weaimtocomprehensivelyhance theacademicabilitiesandresearchcapabilitiesofgraduatestudents.Thispaperbelievethat，throughthe"three-in-one"talent trainingmodelof"mentorguidance-studentmutualasistance-institutionalmanagement"，aswellasthefive-dimensional comprehnsivetrainingplatform，wecanefectivelyimprovetheoverallqualityandinovationcapabilitiesofgraduatestudents and cultivate more high-level talents.
