Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentof bioenginering technology,breakthroughshavebeemadeinsuchcuttng-edge fieldsassyntheticbiology,geneediting,cloningtechnology,etc.Whilepromotingthedevelopmentofmedicine,agriculture, environmentalprotectionandotherfields,thesetechnologieshavealsotriggeredanumberofbioengineeringethicalisues,which havebecomethefocusofsocialconcern.Asacross-disciplinarysubject,thecourseofBioengineringEthicsnotonlyneedsto teachstudentsthebasicethicaltheoriesandnormsinthefeldofbioenginering,butalsoguidethemtothinkdeeplyaboutthe relationshipbetweenscientificandtechnologicaldevelopmentandsocialethics,andtocultivatetheirethicalawarenessandsense ofsocialresponsibility,sothattheywillbeabletoconsciouslyabidebytheethicalnomsandassmesocialresponsibilityin theirfuturescientficresearchandwork.Thispaperanalyzesthestatusquoandshortcomingsofthecurrentcourse,andputs forwardsugestionsforcourserefomfromthreeperspectives:changeofteachingmethod,constructionofdiversifiedassessment system,andcombinationofprofessionaleducationandideologicalandpoliticaleducationaimingtoiprovetheteachngeffetof thecourse and cultivate high-quality talents with both professonal ability and ethical literacy.
