Abstract：Localuniversitieshavetoface numerouschallengesduring thecuriculumconstructionof "two-natureandoneextent".Amongthem，adilemmaisseishowtorealizenotonlymasteringthebasicknowledgebutalsoobtainingtheabilityof resolvingthepracticalproblembystudents’studying，consideringtheporfoundationofstudents.Focusingthisciticalisue，on lineandoff-lineblendingteachingcombinedwithPDAclasswasprovedtobehighlyefectiveforthecourseofFermentation Engineeringafterthesystematicaldesigningandpracticingthereformofallelementsofcourse.Areflectiveanalysisofthepast six years‘practices was summarized，offering guidance for future curriculum reform.
