Abstract:Inresponsetothemismatchbetween thecultivationofenginering managementtalentsandindustrydemands underthe"dualcarbon"goals,thispaperproposesaninnovativetalent trainingsystemthatdeeplyintegratesOutcome-Based Education(OBE)andProblem-BasedLearning(PBL).Bycenteringonthe"dualcarbon"-orientedtrainingobjectives,reconstructing thecurriculum,innovatingteachingmethods,andstrengthening practicalteaching,thesystemcancomprehensivelyenhance students'overallcapabilitesinlow-carbontechnologyaplication,carbonemissionmanagement,andinterdisciplinary collboration.Practiceasshownthatthissystemefectivelyfostersstudentsiovationandpracticalabilities.Itlsoprovidesa referentialpathayforaligningenginering managementeducationwiththeneedsofthe"dualcarbon"strategyandcontributesto the advancement of professonal education reform and low-carbon transition in the industry.
