Abstract：Inresponsetothemismatchbetween thecultivationofenginering managementtalentsandindustrydemands underthe"dualcarbon"goals，thispaperproposesaninnovativetalent trainingsystemthatdeeplyintegratesOutcome-Based Education（OBE）andProblem-BasedLearning（PBL）.Bycenteringonthe"dualcarbon"-orientedtrainingobjectives，reconstructing thecurriculum，innovatingteachingmethods，andstrengthening practicalteaching，thesystemcancomprehensivelyenhance students'overallcapabilitesinlow-carbontechnologyaplication，carbonemissionmanagement，andinterdisciplinary collboration.Practiceasshownthatthissystemefectivelyfostersstudentsiovationandpracticalabilities.Itlsoprovidesa referentialpathayforaligningenginering managementeducationwiththeneedsofthe"dualcarbon"strategyandcontributesto the advancement of professonal education reform and low-carbon transition in the industry.
