Abstract:Thepurposeofeducationalreformistoimprovethequalityofeducationandcultivatetalentswithinovative spiritandpracticalabilitiestomeettheneedsofsocialdevelopment.Teimplementationofideologicalandpolicaleducatinin thecurriculumisanimportantwayandefectivemeanstoachievecomprehensiveandfull-processeducation.Undertedual backgroudof teachingrefomandideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecuriculum,thisstudytakesthecoursesofsoil mechanicsandrock mechanicsasexamples.Based ontheOBE(Outcome-BasedEducation)concept,itreorganizesand reconstructsthetwointoageotechnicalengineringcoursefromaspectssuchascourseobjectives,coursecontent,teaching methods,andteachingdesign.Accordingtotheconnotativedevelopmentofhighereducation,a"spiralprogressve"teaching modelisadopted.Itconstructivelyproposesandbuildsatripartitecharacteristicsystemof"knowledgeimparting,ability cultivatio,andvalueshaping"fortheideologicalandpoliticaleducationofgeotechnicalengineeingcourses,ndestablishesa moreobjective and fair evaluation system of "examination scores + regular scores + experimental scores + interview scores".The implementationofthiscoursesystemprovidesareplicableandpromotable"ideologicalandpolticaleducationinthecuiculum" constructionmodelforengineringspecialties,whichhasguidingandreferentialsignificancefortheconstructionofsimilar professional courses' "ideological and political" systems.
