Abstract：Traininghigh-qualitytalentswithinnovativespiritandpracticalabilityisthekeytaskofindustry-education integratiointhecontextofEmergingEngineringEducation（EEE）Addressngthediferencesineucationalphilosopesand valuegoalsbetweenuniversitiesandenterprises，curiculumreformandinnovativeeducationmodelareresearchedinthispaper. Leveragingouradvantagesofinnovationpracticesandsubjectcompetitions，athree-tieredprogresivehybridcourseteaching modelbasedonconstructivistthoryisestablished，characteredby"understandable，learableandaplicable"stages.Basedon thejointconstructionofindustrygoverment-ducationaninnovationandentrepreneurshipducationcosystemthatiteates research，leaming，andapplicationisachieved，whichcansereasareferencefortheindustryeducationintegrationandEEEof regional universities.
