Abstract:WiththesteadydevelopmentofhighereducationinChina,localordinaryuniversitiesareexperiencingatrendof applicatio-orientedtransfomation.Atpresent,themaindificultyfacedbyapplicationorientedudergraduateuniversitisinthe processofprofessonalconstructionisthestructuralshortageofprofessonalfacultyThetransfomationofexistingprossional teachersisoneofthekeylinksintheaplicationoriented transformationofuiversities.Thisartcletakestheexplorationofthe scholenterprisecooperationteachingmodelintheprocessofprofesionalteacherapplicationtransformationinlocalordinary collgesasanexample,summarizestheexperience.Theseexperiencescouldprovidenewideas forfurtherdepeningtheschool enterprisecoperationinhefuture,supportingtheintegratincomplementarityandmutualbenefitofscholenterprseesoel. At the same time,it lays a foundation for future school -- enterprise cooperation,relying on engineering projects for school enterprise cooperation teaching,and cultivating students‘ability to solve complex engineering problems.
