普通本科高校向应用型转型中校企合作的实践探索

Abstract：WiththesteadydevelopmentofhighereducationinChina，localordinaryuniversitiesareexperiencingatrendof applicatio-orientedtransfomation.Atpresent，themaindificultyfacedbyapplicationorientedudergraduateuniversitisinthe processofprofessonalconstructionisthestructuralshortageofprofessonalfacultyThetransfomationofexistingprossional teachersisoneofthekeylinksintheaplicationoriented transformationofuiversities.Thisartcletakestheexplorationofthe scholenterprisecooperationteachingmodelintheprocessofprofesionalteacherapplicationtransformationinlocalordinary collgesasanexample，summarizestheexperience.Theseexperiencescouldprovidenewideas forfurtherdepeningtheschool enterprisecoperationinhefuture，supportingtheintegratincomplementarityandmutualbenefitofscholenterprseesoel. At the same time，it lays a foundation for future school -- enterprise cooperation，relying on engineering projects for school enterprise cooperation teaching，and cultivating students‘ability to solve complex engineering problems.
