Abstract：Integrationofindustryeducation，andcollaborationbetweenuniversitiesandenterprisesisakeyaproachto enhancingthequalityoftalentcultivationandamajortrendinundergraduateeducationreform.Thispaperanalyzesthe challengesfacedbycurrntapliedundergraduatecollegesinpromotingtheintegrationofindustryandeducationexploresthe ideasofteachingreform，andintroducestheachievementsoftheScholofMaterialsScienceandEngineeringatShaanxi UniversityofTechnologininovativeteachingmethodsandprofessionalreforms.Itgraduallyformsadiversecollborative educationmodelwiththeschoolleading，enterprisesparicipating，andindustriesinvolved.Theintegrationofindustryand education，andcolaborationbetweenuniversitiesandenterprises，promotesthecloseconectionbetweentalentcultivationand industrydemand，achievingcomprehensiveintegrationoftalentcultivationsuplyandindustrydemandandplaysapositiveole in cultivating applied talents.
