[Abstract] Using methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper explains the era value and practical challenges of digitalempowerment infootballteacher training in Xinjiang,andproposesapath forpromotion.Era value: precisesupply of links,it enhances the pertinence of footballtacher training; multi-party colaboration among stakeholders,it enhances the linkageoffootballteacher training;ubiquitous spatial coverage,itbreaks the limitations ofteachr trainingareas; itdevelopsdigitalcapabilityandaccelerates thescaleof the numberof versatiletalent.Practical challenges: insufficientapplicationof digitaltechnology weakens thequalityassranceof training;inadequatedigital collborationmechanisms hinders resource sharing; weak digital infrastructure limits the progress ofinteligenttraining; and insuffcient innovation in training hinders the development of versatile talent.Implementation paths: it deepens the applicationof digital technologyand strengthens comprehensivequalitymanagement in training; itestablishes digital colaboration mechanismsandbuildsaplatform for resource sharing intraining; itaccelerates theimprovementof digital infrastructuretopromotethediversificationoftrainingscenarios;itstrengthens innovationindigitaltrainingtoensure the development of versatile talent.
