Study on the Strategies for Promoting Physical and Mental Health Through Fitness Qigong Training

Guizhou Aviation Vocational Technical College,Guiyang,Guizhou Province, 55ooo9 China [Abstract] This paper aims to explore the impact offitnessQigong training on human physical and mental health,as well as the corresponding promotion strategies.The study finds that by regulating breathing, guiding body movements and intentions,fitness Qigong can improve physiological functions,reduce mental presure,enhance social adaptability, and elevate the sense of life perception. However,at present,fitness qigong training faces chalenges in promoting physicaland mentalhealth,suchainsuiientsientificognitin,lackofrofesionalgance,poorgoupdtablity. To overcome thesechalenges,it is necessary to strengthen scientific popularization to enhance public trust,build a graded guidance systemtoensurestandardizedtraining,designpersonalized programs toensureadaptabilityandpromote the better physical and mental promotion offitnessqigong to help promote thehealthof thewhole nation.
