Research on Physical Fitness Training Models for Police Officers in Public Security Colleges in the Context of Artificial Intelligence

ZHANG Dawei AnhuiPoliceCollege，Hefei，Anhui Province，238O76China [Abstract] With the increasing complexityand intensity of police combat tasks，police physical fitnesshas become a keyquality forcompleting tasksand ensuring security. Currently， physical training programs at public securitycolleges face challenges such asa disconnect between curriculumand practical requirements，，insufficient personalization training， lagging scientific managementand technological appication，and inadequate institutional support，allof which hinder the developmentof trains'comprehensive capabilites.The developmentof artificial inteligence （AI） technologyffers newavenuesforphysicaltraining.Withthehelpofwearablesensors，motioncapture，virtualreality，anddataanalysis， real-time monitoring of training data，development of personalized training plans，and dynamic loadadjustments can be achieved，thereby enhancing the scientific rigor，targeting，and safe nature of training.The physical fitnesstraning model basednartificial intellgencecanorganicallyintegratefoundational training，specializedskill，andcompreensive practical training，establish a comprehensive monitoring system and multi-dimensional evaluation framework.This provides theoreticaland practical references for publicsecuritycoleges tooptimizetheir training systemsand enhance the quality of police talent training.
