Exploration ofSpecialized Strength TrainingMethods for High Level Sprinters

Zhangjiagang Sports School, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province,2156Oo China [Abstract]Traditional strength training methodsaredifficult to meet the specialized demands of high-level sprinters.Sprinters have characteristics such as high maximum strength levels,excelent explosiveperformance, muscle composition mainlycomposed of fast muscle fibers,and short ground contact times.Based on this,a threecategory training method system was constructed: maximum strength and explosive strength training (including squats,hard puls,and Olympic weightlfting),reactive strength and speed strength training (including plyometric jumps,weighted sprints),and compound and specialized training (including comparative training methods and specialized movement simulation).Atthe sametime,periodization implementation plans were formulated for basic preparation period,specific preparation period,and competition period.This system efectively enhances athletes' explosive power,maximum strength,and specialized technical abilities,providing scientific guidance for sprint performance improvement.
