China;2.Physical EducationDepartment of Tianjin Universityof Commerce，Tianjin，3Oo133 China [Abstract] Under the policy backgroundofcurriculum ideological and political education construction in the new era， physical education courses incoleges and universitiesundertakethedual missionofcultivating students'physicalliteracy andshaping their values.This researchconductsasystematicanalysisoftheobstructivefactors inthecurrentcuriculum ideological and political educationconstructionof physical education incollges and universities.Theresearch finds that theconstruction of curiculum ideological and politicaleducation in physical education is confronted with problems such as fragmented goal design，insuficient integrationoftraditionalculture，single teaching methods，an evaluation systemthat emphasizesskils，andisuficient guaranteeofteaching staff.Tothisend，theresearch proposesafiveinone optimization pathof "goal-content-method-evaluation-guarantee"， which integrates ideological and political goals with physical literacy，exploring the connotation of traditional sports culture，innovating interactive teaching methods，improving the comprehensive evaluation mechanism，and strengthening teacher training and resource

construction，theconstructionofcurriculum ideologicalandpoliticaleducationinphysical educationissystematialy promoted.This research provides theoretical support and practical solutions for resolving thepredicament of curriculum ideologicalandpoliticaleducationconstructionincolegeanduniversityphysical education，andisofgreatvaluefor achieving the educational goal of integration of physical educationand education.
