1.ColegeofyicalEducation，inganUiversity;.iangnanCollegeAfliaedPrimarool，ChenoHuna Province，423oo China;3.Mingde Experimental Primary SchoolofLanshan County，Yongzhou，Hunan Province， 425800 China; 4.Chenjiang Primary School， Chenzhou， Chenzhou， Hunan Province， 423ooo China [Abstract] Under the sports immersion action planas the research object，this article takes the efectiveness and improvement pathof local universities serving rural school sports.Using literature research，caseanalysis，and field investigation methods，the Yao Fund Beautiful Rural Footbal Season Xiangnan College voluntee teaching activity is takenasacasetoinvestigateatotalof2OruralprimaryschoolsinYuanlingCounty，Shaoshan，andXintian.Research has found that localuniversities haveachieved significant results in four aspects：servicecuriculum teaching，practical activities，campuscutureconstruction，andteacherteambuilding.However，therearestillproblemssuchasinsufficient curiculumadaptabilityand weakactivitysustainability.Basedonthis，the folowing improvement pathsareproposed： Curriculum teaching establishesa localized system；Practical activities should create diversified platforms；The construction of campus culture should deepen the infiltration of characteristics; The construction of the teaching staff requires the establishment of a specialized growth mechanism. These paths aim to provide reference for optimizing service odels for universities and improving policies for education departments，inorder to promote educational equity and the development of rural school sports.
