Study on Core Strength Training Strategies for Youth Soccer Players

DongzhouChangjiangRoadPrimaryShool,HaimenDistrict,Nantong City,Nantong,JangsuProvince,226ohina [Abstract] In orderto enhance the comprehensive competitive abilityof youth soccer players and effectively prevent sports injuries,this article systematically formulateda scientificcore strength training strategy.Itcovers four training content dimensions: stability training centered around dynamic balanceand trunk control; strength training with a focus on colaborative efort under weight-bearing conditions; explosive power training aimed at improving the speed of power transmision; endurance training aimed at extending the duration of trunk stability.Onthis basis,the follwing measures are proposed introducing controlable instabilityto enhance dynamic balance ability; Itemploys multi-planarresistance todevelopfunctionalresistance; Itestablishesafastpowermodetooptimizethespeedofspecializedmovements; Itenhances sustained activation ability of the core muscle group to delay fatigue during high-intensity exercise.
