Schoolof PhysicalEducationand Health，Longnan Normal University，Longnan，GansuProvince，7425ooChina [Abstract] Driven by strategies of building a sports power and technology power，the deep integration of modern technology intocollegesports training isakeytrend.However，its effectiveapplicationof technologyurgentlyrequires a systematic theoretical guidance.This paper aims to construct a complete application framework from theoretical principles and practical paths.The research identifies mainstream technological forms such as wearable devices，video analysis，virtualrealityandartificalinteligence.Itproposes thattechnologicalapplications mustfollowthreebasic principles：goal-orientation，athletesubjectivity，scientificvalidity.Basedonthese principles，thepaper further explores the specific integrationmethodsofvarious technologies in training load monitoring，technical-tactical diagnosis，and individualizedplans formulation，inorder toprovideclearactiongudanceandpracticalreferenceforuniversitysports workers to scientifically and efficiently apply modern technology，and ultimately promote the comprehensive development of athletes.
