Research on the Development Status and Strategies of Campus Football in Inner Mongolia Vocational and Technical Colleges Under the Background of Sports Power

Inner Mongolia Minzu University，Tongliao，Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，O28ooo China [Abstract] Thisarticleuses research methods such as literaturereviewand expert interviews toanalyze the current situatioand strategiesof campus footballdevelopment in Inner Mongolia vocational and technical colleges basedon the background of building a strong sports power. Research has found that under the joint guidance of policies and the promotionofthesports industry，Inner Mongoliavocationalandtechnical college campus footballhasachieved certain results in terms ofschool atentionand teacher philosophy.However， there are stillsome shortcomings interms offaculty strength，facilityconstruction，event linkage，and curiculum design.Therefore，theresearch suggests that： efforts sould be made to increase teacher training and improve the incentive mechanism for teacher scientific research; It enhances theparticipationofsocialcapitaland improves theconstructionoffootballfieldfacilities;Itimproves the multi-level competition systemand expands the coverage of competitions; It innovates the integration modeof industry andeducation，andimproves thefotballcurrculumsystem，and formulatesdevelopment strategiesforfotballinIner Mongolia vocational and technical colleges.
