Research on the Application of Wearable Devices in College Basketball Physical Training

CHENG Zilong ZHANG Mingliang* Jilin Normal University， Siping， Jilin Province，136ooo China [Abstract] Withthe developmentofinteligentdigital sports，wearable devicescan provide quantitative basis for training through theirreal-time monitoringfunction.However，intheapplicationprocessitfaceschallengessuchasisuicient equipment integration，imperfect support guarantee system，and disconnection between data application and training requirements. In response to these problems，this paper puts forward innovative strategies such as integrated monitoring equipment research and development，the construction of standardized data management and talent training system， andthe construction ofdynamic data application system，aiming to improve the scientificand accurate nature of daily basketball physical training through various efective measures toprovidestrong support for thedigitaltransformation of basketball physical training in colleges.
