高校休闲体育专业“岗课赛证”融合路径研究

——以泉州职业技术大学为例

Research on the Integration Path of "Positions， Courses， Competitions，and Certifications" in College Leisure Sports Majors —Taking Quanzhou Vocational and Technical Universityasan Example

[Abstract] Toaddressthe structural contradiction between talent supply in leisure sports and industry demands，this researchtakes Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University as a case to explore the path of colaborative education between industry and education based on the"positions，coursecompetitionand certificate" integration concept proposed in ChineseNational Vocational EducationReform Implementation Plan.Through research，it has beenfound that therearecore issesincluding： insuficientgraduatejobcompetency，lowemploymentrates，inadequateincetives in vocational skillcompetitions，and disconnection between coursesandcertificates.Basedonthis，athree-dimensional implementation path wasconstructed： school enterprise co construction ofcourses，implementation ofone school，one competition，and deepening of coursecertificate integration.Tracking data of the firstbatch of graduates demonstrated significant outcomes.Inthefuture，itis necessary to dynamicallyoptimize couses system，focus onadding courses such as outdoor sports management，and integrate high-value international certificates suchas ACSM，providing a practical

paradigm for the cultivation of leisure sports talents in vocational undergraduate colleges.
