Research on Specialized Strength Training Methods for Sprint Athletes

College ofElectricPowerEnginering,ShanxiCollgeofTechnology,huozhou,ShanxiProvince,O36ooChina [Abstract] Specialized strength training for sprint athletes should closely follw the mechanical characteristicsand movementpatterns.During theacceleration stageofstarting,theexplosive forceof the lowerlimbsand thereaction force of kicking the ground should be strengthened; During the running phase,the focus should be on fast strength coordinated with step frequencyandstride length; During the sprint period,itis necessrytoenhance the muscle's ability toresist fatigueand improve the effectivenessof end effector force.The research focuses on thecoordinated development ofrapidstrength,strengthedurance,andexplosivepower,andenhancesathletes'specializedabilities throughresistance training,superlengthtraiingndtechnicalintegrationtraining.During training proces,itisnecessarytoosider loadintensity,movementrate,andenergymetaboismcharacterstics,whilealsopayingatentiontoidividualdierences and developing corresponding recovery strategies.
