Researchon Resource Integration Strategies for Enhancing the Soft Power of Sports Culture in Private Colleges and Universities Under the Strategy of Sports Power

ZHAO Kai SUN Fuwen North Henan Medical University，Xinxiang，Henan Province，453ooo China [Abstract] Under the backgroundof the strategy ofsports power，the soft powerof sports culture in private colleges anduniversties has becomean important dimensionto measure their educational qualityand social influence.This paper focuses on the resource integration problem in the processof enhancing the soft power of sports culture in private collges and universities，and puts forward targeted strategies byanalyzing the composition，current situation and challenges ofcore resources. The research finds that private coleges and universities need to take human resources， material esources and cultural resources as thecore to solve the predicaments such as unbalanced supply and demand ofresources，fragmented integration mechanisms and singleevaluation systems.Bybuildingacolaborative governance network，a dynamic allocation modelanda multi-dimensional evaluation system，the maximum eficiencyof resources can beachieved.Theresearch provides theoreticalreferenceand practical pathsforpromoting theconstructionofsports culture in private colleges anduniversities and asisting the implementation of the strategy ofbuilding a sports power.
