[Abstract] Against the backdropofaccelerating globalizationand modernization，the intangiblecultural heritageof traditional ethnicsports，asanimportant componentof China's excellnt traditional culture，carres the unique historical memory，cultural identity，aestheticconcepts，and spiritual valueofeach ethnic group.Itsactive inheritanceand sustainable development have increasinglybecome key isues in the fieldofcultural protection.However，its current inheritance practice faces multiple practical challnges：intergenerational fragmentationof inheritance subjects，low willngnessofyoung people toparticipate，andalackof profesional inheritors; cultural connotationisoftensymbolized and dissolved，with form being more important than thecore;the diseminationscenariosareconfined to traditional ofline modes，making itdiffculttorealize widereach.Inordertobreak through thebottleneck，itcanreconstructthe cultivation mechanism of inheritance mainbody，strengthen the intergenerationalconnectionand provide specialized training; It excavates thecore elementsofcultureand restores its spiritual value; It expands thescenarios ofintegrated communication，andrealizes the multidimensional interaction through digital means.Through thesystematic exploration of paths，the intangible cultural heritageoftraditional ethnic sports canbe promoted torealize creative transformation and innovative development in contemporary society.
