Framework and Path for the Diversified Integration Development of Physical Education in Regular Colleges Under the Digital Wave

[Abstract]Againstthebackdropof therapiddevelopmentof digitaltechnologyandits penetration intoallfieldsof society，colege sportsarefacing unprecedentedopportunitiesandchalenges.Thisarticleuses methodssuchas literature reviewandlogicalanalysis toclarifythecoreconnotationof thediversifiedand integrated developmentofsports in regularcollgesunder thedigital wave，andreveal thekeydificulties existing inaspectssuch as thebreadthand depth of integration，systematic planing，resourcesupport，nstitutional mechanisms，and characteristic development.Athree layerand six-dimensional integrated development framework has been established，and seven development paths have ben proposed： top-level design and mechanism innovation，construction ofsmart sports infrastructure and platforms， reconstruction of digital sports courses and teaching systems，innovation of diversified sports activities and health promotion models，constructionof intelligent evaluation and feedback systems，improvement of digital iteracy and capabilities of teachers and students，and open cooperation and resource integration.It aims to break through the limitationsofthetraditionalphysical educationmodel，buildanewdevelopmentmodel thatismulti-dimensional，os
