Study on the Strategy of Simultaneous Training for the Standing Long Jump in Primary School Students

Qingchi Town Central School, Jinsha County,Bijie,Guizhou Province, 5518o9 China [Abstract] In order to improve the standing long jump performance of primary school students and promote their comprehensive physical development,a comprehensive training program hasbeen constructed and implemented based on the theory ofsimultaneous training.The training content of this program mainly covers four core modules: core explosive power,cardiorespiratory endurance,body coordination,and joint flexibility.In the specific implementation process fourefective strategies were proposed: it designs fun exercises tobuildcore explosive power;itintersperses aerobicactivities toenhance baseline cardiorespiratorycapacity; itstandardizes integritytechniques toenhanceoveal coordination; it emphasizes post training stretching to improve joint flexibilty.The synchronous training mode is a scientific,eficient,andsuitabletraining methodforprimaryschoolstudents'hysicalandmentalcharacteristics,which can significantly improve their athletic performanceand comprehensive physical fitness.
