School of Physical Education，Henan Polytechnic University， Jiaozuo，Henan Province，454oo3 China [Abstract] The purposeofthis studyis to explore the importance and feasibilityof the application of electronic line technology in large-scale badminton events.Theapplicationof electronic line technology in badminton events can ensure that the penalties inthe game are more objective andfair，maintain the normal rhythm of the game，reducethe cost of badminton events，and reduce the presure of referees.However，there arestllsome problems inthe current application，suchas the high hardware cost of the electronic line system，the need for continuous maintenancein the laterstages，theimperfectsensorsensitivityand layoutdesign，and theinterferenceof differentenvironmental factors with the signal stability of the system.Based on this，this paper proposes countermeasures such as reducing technical cost，improving cost performance，optimizing the design and layout of sensors，strengthening the environmental adaptability training of electronicline running technology，and usingadvanced sensor technologyand image processing technology，inorder to improve theapplication effctivenessof electronic line technology in badminton events.
