Research on the Construction of Blended Teaching Mode in Trackand Field General Education Course
ZHANG Yiwei Nanjing Sport Institute,Nanjing, Jiangsu Province,21oo14 China [Abstract] In thecontextof dep integrationof digitaland inteligent education,blended teaching hasemergedasa crucial pathway for advancing reformof physical educationcourse.Inresponse to thepracticalchalenges intraditional track and field general educationcourses, including time constraints,lagging content,separationofskilsandeducation, singleevaluation,andsuperficial ideologicaland political education,this researchsystematicallyconstructsablended teaching model of " pre classautonomous cognition-in class cooperative learning-post class consolidation and improvement" from fivedimensions: teachingobjectives,content resources,strategies,and evaluation.This modelcan improve the rigid constraints of class hours,enhance teaching quality,compensate for outdated teaching content limitations,drivethedevelopmentofstudents'teachingabilities,evaluates comprehensivestudentabilities,and promote the organic integration of ideological and political education into the course.
