Research on Training Strategies for Endurance and Core Strength of College Track and Field Athletes

Physical Education Department,Tianjin University,Tianjin,3ooo72 China [Abstract] Endurance andcore strengthhaveasignificant impact on track and fieldsports.Endurance and core strength forma mutually supportive and dynamically balanced relationship through physiological mechanisms,energy transfer, and technical movements,andotheraspects.Basedon this,thisarticle proposes training strategies for endurance and core strength ofcolege track and field athletes from six aspects: folowing the principle of specialized adaptation to achievetraining precision, following the principle of gradual progressto achieve training safety,following the principle of differential treatmenttoachieve diferentiation in training,followingthe principleof monitoringand feedback to avoid theriskof training,folowing theprincipleoffatigue recovery toensure the stabilityoftraining,and following the principleof periodicitytoachieve thebest stateduringcompetition.Theaimis to providevaluablereference for researchers.
