Research on the Construction of "One School， One Product" Physical Education Curriculum System During the Extended Break Under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

Shanxi Institute of Science and Technology，Jincheng，Shanxi Province， O48ooo China [Abstract] This paper focuses onthe construction of the "one school，one product" physical education curriculum system forlarge breaks under the background of the integration of sports and education.By adopting methods such as literatureanalysisand logical deduction，the paper conductsaresearchonthe"one school，one product"physical education currculumsystem from fouraspects：theoretical interpretation，practical significance，chalengesand constraints，as wellaspractical strategiesand pathsfortheconstructionofthecuriculumsystemduring break time.The research points out that theconstruction ofthe system is faced with challenges such as shortage of teachers，uneven allocationofresources，andonstraints oftaditional conepts.Italsoputs forward practical strategiessuchasollative construction of teachers，diversified integrationof resources，and three-dimensionaltransformation ofconceptsso as to provide reference for the reform of school physical education curriculum.
