Exploring the Protective Countermeasures for Sports Injuries in the Elderly Based on the Principles of Sports Biomechanics

Henan College of Industryand Information Technology,Jiaozuo,Henan Province, 454ooo China [Abstract] With the advent ofan aging societythe importance of sports injuries protection for the elderly has become increasingly critical.Biomechanicsprovidesascientific foundation for injury preventionbyanalyzing mechanical characteristics during exercise.However,there arestillmany current challenges inelderly exercise protection,including inappropriate exercise selection,inaccurate intensity control, improper movement execution, and insuficient rehabilitation guidance,all of whichare closely associated withthe lack of biomechanical guidance. Toadressthese issues,this study proposes thefollowing strategies: Itutilizes biomechanicalassessments toselectlowimpact,and reasonable jointload exercise modalities and develops personalized exercise prescriptions; Based on the principleof progresive mechanicalload,itcombined with intelligent devices forreal-timemonitoring of exercise intensity; Guiding through biomechanicalanalysisofmovements,itstandardizes movement paterns,andreduces the risk of joint injuries; It designs targeted training programs basedon biomechanical rehabilitation theory tooptimize injury recovery outcomes.Bysystematically applying the principlesof sports biomechanics,the risk of sports injuries in the elderly canbeeffectivelyreduced,and thesafety,efectiveness,and physicaland mental healthoftheelderlycanbe improved, providing scientific guarantees for their healthy exercise.
