Research on Strategies for Empowering Contemporary College Students with 24-Hour Behavioral Rhythm Optimization Through School Physical Education

Nanjing Agricultural University,Nanjing, Jiangsu Province,21oo95 China [Abstract] Thisresearch employs literature review,expert interviews,andlogicalanalysis tofocus onstrategies for empowering contemporary college students with 24- hour behavioral rhythms optimization through school physical education.The aim is to explore the mechanismand practical pathofschool physical education oncolege students' behavioral rhythm. The research reveals that school physical education improves collge students' 24- hourbehavioral rhythms through four dimensions: regulating physiological rhythms,enhancing sleepquality,boosting activity eficiency, andcultivatingasenseoftime.However,there arecurrent practical challngessuchasinsuficient student engagement, limited resources, imbalanced schedules,and lack of scientific guidance, which constrainthe effectivenesof sports empowerment.To addressthese issues,the paper proposes targeted strategies: strengthening publicity and guidance to enhance participation awarenes, increasing resource investment to enrich sports content,optimizing time planing to promote life integration,and strengthening scientific guidance to teachadjustmentskils.Thefindings aimtoprovide theoretical foundationsand practical references forcolleges to improve behavioral rhythmsofcollge students through physical education,and to help cultivate contemporary colege students with regular sleep patterns and comprehensive development.
