[Abstract] Under thebackgroundofruralrevitalizationandthe "Healthy China 2O3O"strategy,rural school physical education holds significant importance.Local collges are the core force to support its development. The sports immersion action plan launched by theMinistryofEducation in 2O19 provided a policy opportunity.However,there are three isues in practice: insuficient matching between resource supply and rural demands,and conflicts between standardization and localization of materials and courses;the abilityto build the physical education teaching system in rural schools is weak,and there is alackofcourses,teachers,evaluationand guarantee mechanisms;the stabilityand long-term effectivenessof the school-localcollaboration mechanismare insufficient,acking institutional constraints,
dynamic adaptation ability and diversified guarantees.To address these problems,the optimization strategies are: preciseresource supply to solve the problem between supply and demand mismatch;it systematically cultivates the teaching system to strengthen internal capabilities; long-termpromotion between schoolsand local collaboration forms astablecooperative ecosystem.Theaim is toenhance theservice effciencyofcollgesand promote the high-quality development of physical education in rural schools.
