Trend Analysis，Core lssuesand Future ProspectsofEthnic Sports Study

ofPhysicalEducation，NorthwesternPolytechnicalUniversity，Xi'an，haanxi Province，7O72China [Abstract] As a form ofsports activity with Chinese national characteristics，ethnic sports areof practical significance in enhancing national identity，enhancing national cohesion，and demonstrating national cultural strength.This study utilized the literature information visualization software CiteSpace to conduct multidimensional statistical analysis of 1296 high-quality studyarticlesonethnic sports published in CsSCI journals，andvisualized thecurrent situation，hot spots and frontiers.Thestudy shows that the studyonethnic sports in China has gone through four stages：the embryonic period，the rapid growth period，the platform deepening period，and the gathering and accumulation period. Existing study themes focus on five aspects： defining and evaluating the connotationand value of ethnic sports，inheriting and protecting ethnic sports culture， developing and utilizing ethnic sports resources，constructing ethnic sports disciplines，anddiseminating ethnicsports.Inthefuture，thestudyonethnicsports willrevolvearound thecommunity ofthe Chinese nation，strengthen theabilitytoserve the nationalstrategy，focus oncross disciplinaryfields，payattention to newmaterials and technologies，and deepen theera's demand forethnic sports to shape thesouland educate people.
