Evaluation and Intervention Strategy of Neuromuscular Control Ability in Sprint Training

WANG Haibin CHENG Jun Zhangjiagang Sports School, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, 2156oo China [Abstract] Toenhanceneuromuscularcontrollevel insprintathletes,this research systematicallyanalyzedevaluation methods and intervention strategies in this field through literature review.Research has found that the evaluation system has constructeda diversified evaluation framework from four dimensions:strength balance,dynamic stability,reaction speed,and limbasymmetry.Standardized toolssuchas star excursion balance testandsingle-leg jumping tests havebeen widelyapplied; Intervention strategies focuses on integrated neuromuscular training,combined with various methods suchas neural recruitment training,muscle coordination improvement,andreactionspeed enhancement,significantly improving athletes' neuromuscular control capabilities.This research provides essntial theoretical foundationand practical guidance for the scientific development of sprint training,which helps to promote the improvement and development of neuromuscular control training systems.
