Research on the Innovation of Talent Cultivation Mode of Sports Rehabilitation Specialties in Sichuan Universities from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

[Abstract] Industry education integration is an important wayof talentcultivation mode，and is an important reform directionof innovative talentcultivation inChina'shighereducation.This research focusesontherealityof thedilemma of talentcultivation of sports rehabiltation majors in Sichuan universities，andutilizes literature review andother methods，the systematic analysis wasconductedon enrollent data，cultivation objectives，curriculum system，and the current situationofschool-enterprise cooperation，the research finds that thereare problems inthe current talent cultivation of this major，suchas homogenizationofcultivationbjectives，fluctuationof enrollment scale，insuficient practical teaching resources，and lack ofdepth of school-enterprisecollaboration. To adresstheabove problems， the followig strategies are proposed： it clarifies thecultivation objectives with the guidance of "double innovation" and buildsadifferentiated education system； itcracksthecontradiction of enrollment qualitywith"three-chaincollboration"，andsolidifies the foundationof talentcultivation; itperfects practicalteaching system withthe "fourinone" approach and enhances students' core competitivenes; it deepens the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation，and realizes the integration and implementation of the "three chains" and "double innovation".
