[Abstract] Therapid developmentofdigitaland intellgent technologies has driven optimizationand upgrading inthe field of education. Particularly in schoolphysical education teachingfield,digitaland inteligent technologyrelies on technologies such as big dataartificial inteligence,and knowledge graphs toachieve functions such as guidance, cognition,monitoring,evaluation,andextensionfunctionsinuivesityphysicaleducationcouses.Basedonthretical researchand teaching practices,itcan beconcluded thatthere are three problems with the application of digital and intelligent technologies inuniversityphysical educationcourses: insuficientdigital technologyliteracyamongphysical education teachers,risks asociated with theuseofdigitaland intelligent technologies in physical education teaching, and the lack ofamulti-partycollborative innovation mechanism in digital and intellgent technology application. Therefore,it isessntialtoenhancethedigitaliteracyofuniversityphysical educationteachers,strengthendigitaland intelligent technology trainingand capacitybuilding;It establishescomprehensiveandstandardized systemfordata management throughout the entire process It promotes the precise construction of an ecosystem for collaborative

innovationamong enterprises,schools,and individuals.These measuresaim to break through botlenecks indigitaltechnology and serve the improvement of quality of physical education teaching.
