Guizhou City Vocational College，Guiyang，Guizhou Province，55oo25 China [Abstract] The implementation of digital empowerment in physical education has enormous value.Digitalizationof physical education can promote the innovation of teaching modes，expand teaching contents，optimize teaching evaluation，and enhance students' participation.However， there are also the following problems in empowering digitalizationinhighervocationalcollges：insuficientinfrastructureconstructionandunbalancedregional development; teachers' insuficient digital literacyand the need to improve teaching ability; inadequate development of teaching resources and imperfect sharing mechanisms;andalaggingevaluationsystem thatisdificult toadapttodigitalneds. In response tothese problems，corresponding policysuggestions are put forward： itimproves infrastructure to narrow the regional gap; it strengthens teacher training to enhance digital literacy; it strengthens resource construction to promote co-construction and sharing; it improves the evaluation system and customizes personalized exercise prescriptions.Through systematic planning andcoordinated promotion，it willpromote thedigital transformationof physical education in higher vocational coleges and contribute to cultivating all-round development of high-quality technical and skilled talents.
