Research on the Implementation Path of a Blended Teaching Model in Sailing Courses at Higher Education Institutions

School of Sports and Leisure,Guangdong Ocean University, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, China [Abstract] Taking the reform of sailing course teaching in universities as the starting point,this research focuses onthe teaching problems currently faced bysaling couses teaching in Chinese universities.Drawing on the theory ofblended teaching models,it proposes a blended teaching approach for university sailing courses.The model expands the time and space of sailing sports teaching in universities by implementing online teaching that emphasizes both theoryand evaluation,ofline teachingthat emphasizes both technologyandability,andamulti-dimensional evaluationsystem thatemphasizesboth processandoutcomes.Italsoorganicallyintegratescurrculumideologicalandpolitical education elements into the teaching process.This model has a positive effect on solving problems such as limited teaching environment,lagging teacher team construction,single teaching methods,and imperfect evaluation system,and can provide newideas for the reform of sailing course instruction in universities.
