Research on Improvement Paths forUrban Public Sports Service Quality Under Quality Management Theory

[Abstract] Based on quality management theory，this research employs methods including literature review and mathematical statistics，taking Chengdu asan example to conduct anin-depth investigation into the influencing factors and improvement paths for urban publicsports service quality.Empirical results indicate that the influencing factors on urban public sports service quality are venue facilities （30.66%） ， supporting services （30.32%） ，capital investment （20号 （19.73%） ，and organized activities （19.29%） . The research proposes suggestions that to enhance urban public sports service quality，itisnecessrytostrengthentheconstructionand mantenanceofurbansports venuesandfacilitiesandimprove operatioal efciency; Itcontinuously optimizes the diversified designof supporting services and enhances smart service system;ItenrchesthecontentoforganedactivitiesandHighlightstheditinctivefeaturesofdiferentiatedsportsservice supply; It increases capital investment to improve management efciency and effectivenes.These measures aim to provide references for the high-quality development of urban public sports services in China.
