Current Status，Pain Points， and Optimization Paths for the Construction of“Double Teacher Type" Physical Education Teachers in Vocational Colleges in Hubei Province

Changjiang Institute of Technology，Wuhan，Hubei Province， 43oooo China [Abstract] Thisarticle focusesonasystematicstudyofthetraining，and incentive mechanisms for "double teachertype" physical education teachers in vocational colleges across Hubei Province.Based ona deep interpretation of Vocational education policies documents and industry norms，combined with thecore characteristicsofdiversified teaching tasks， profesional practical guidance，and composite profesional abilities of vocational physical education teachers （such as the need to simultaneously undertake multidimensionaltaskssuch assports theoryteaching，sports skils training，physical health monitoring，and sports rehabilitation guidance），this studyreveals thecurrnt status，pain points，andoptimization paths of the construction of the "double teacher type" physical education teacher in vocational collges in Hubei Province through literature reviewand typical caseanalysis.Study shows that the current team has prominent problems such as imbalanced "double teacher type" structure，weak practical experience，ineficientcollaborationbetween industry and education，and lagging training system.At the same time，the incentive mechanism has structural defects such as a single evaluationsystem，insuficient salaryincentives，andnarrowpromotionchannels.Inresponse totheabove isues， this study proposes the core strategyof "improving the full cycletraining system，deepening the school enterprise  collaboration mechanism，and constructinga multidimensional incentive framework".Specific measures are taken to strengthen the depthof professonal theory，expand the breadthof practical skils， enhancecomprehensive quality and efectivenessfacilitate two-way flow betweenschools and enterprises，optimize salary and performance leverage，and broadencareer development dimensions.The goal is to systematicall enhance the "double teacher type" literacyand professional competitivenessof thephysical education teacher team inHubeiProvince，and provideteacherguarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education.
