Value,Challenges, and Practical Paths of Campus Football in Empowering Youth Mental Health

DepartmentofPhysical Education,Changzhi PreschoolEducation College,Changzhi,ShanxiProvince,O460oo China [Abstract] Basedonliteratureresearch and logical analysis,this papersystematicallyaalyzes theintrinsic value,practical challenges,and practical paths offootballinempowering themental healthofyouth.Researchhas found thatfootball has ireplaceablevalue instrengthening psychological resilience,improvingemotionalregulation,developing social sils, and perfecting personality structure throughrule internalization,teamwork,stresstraning,and achievement motivation. However,there are stillchallenges at present,such as the weakening ofeducational functions due to thedeviationof targetpositioning; theimbalanceofresourcealocationrestricting thenormalizationofactivities;thelackofprofesional teachers reducing the effectivenessof psychological intervention;and the absence ofcolaborativemechanisms hindering the construction of a long-term ecosystem. Based on this, the following suggestions are proposed: it restructures the curiculum objectives to balance skillacquisitionand psychological development; it innovates resource supplymodels to break through the bottleneck ofbasic guarantee; itconstructs a teacher professional development system to fllthe gap in abilities,and integrates family school social resources to build a collaborative support network.
