Department ofPhysical Education，Changzhi PreschoolEducation College，Changzhi，Shanxi Province，O460oo China [Abstract] The research aims to explore the core values，practical chalenges，and breakthrough paths of "AI + = technology empowering the inteligent reformof sports specialized training.Ithas been found that AI technology has improved the scientificity，accuracy，and efciencyof training byaccuratelycollecting andanalyzing multidimensional motion data，inteligent diagnostic techniques for movements，real-time regulationof trainingload，and personalized adaptation of training plans，empowering the innovation of training paradigms.However，the current reform faces multiplechallengessuchasdatabariershindering informationsharing，algorithmic "black boxes"reducing decisionmaking transparency，human-machine collaboration conflicts afecting professonal authority，and high costs restricting deep system coverage.Basedon this，it is proposed to buildanopen-sourcecollaborative data ecosystem to break down information silos; Itadopts transparent and interpretable algorithm design to enhance technical trust; Itreshapes the knowledge structureofcoachesand establishesamultidisciplinarycolaboration mechanismtooptimize human-machine cooperation; It integrates govermment ledand diverse social inputs，implements a graded and clasifieds resource allocation strategy，and systematically promotes the intelligent upgrading of sports specialized training.
