Development Value， Constraints，and Mitigation Strategies of Youth Volleyball Events in China

Department ofPhysical Education，Changzhi Preschool Education College，Changzhi，Shanxi Province，O460oo China [Abstract] Basedon literatureresearch and logical analysis，this paper aims tosystematicallsortoutthedevelopment valueandcore isues of youth volleyballevents in China，and propose practicaland feasible mitigation strategies. Research hasfound that youth voleyball events in China have important value in consolidating the foundationof reserve talents，deepening the integration of sportsand education，promoting the physicaland mental developmentof young people，and cultivating volleyballsports culture.But its main limitations lie in the insuffcient support capacityof graroots facilities， the structural shortage of professonal coaches afecting the quality ofcompetitions，theruptureof the competition selection mechanism hindering the growth of reserve teams，and the weak disemination effiency ofcompetitionsreducing socialinfluence.Basedonthis，itisproposedtopromotethesharing planofyouthvolleybal infrastructure，builda platformforthesustained growthofhigh-levelspecialized coaches，establishatalentselection and connectionchannel forthe U-series events，and createa multidimensional matrix forthe dissminationof campus event culture as relief paths.
