Application of Progressive Endurance Training Method in Physical Education of Higher Vocational Colleges

Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College,Jiyuan,Henan Province,459ooo China [Abstract] Progresiveendurance training focuses on gradually increasing the load as the core,emphasizing the systematicityandadaptabilityof training.Itissuitableforphysical education teaching inhigher vocationalcollegesand caneffectively improve students'endurancequality,which is in linewith the characteristicsof diffrences in higher Vocational students'physical fitnessfoundation.Theapplicationof this training in higher vocational physical education teachingshould followfour principles:the moderation of gradualload increase,theinclusivenessof individual diferences, the diversityof training contents,and the timelinessof processmonitoring.The specific implementationstrategies include:carrying out grouped and layered training basedon physical fitnessfoundation,optimizing training contents in combination with the characteristics of higher vocational students,regulating load acording to training stages,and integrating teaching evaluation to realize training motivation.These contents provide areference for the scientific development of endurance training in higher vocational physical education teaching.
