Colege of Sportsand Health,Yulin Normal University,Yulin,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,537ooo China [Abstract] Digital empowerment brings new opportunities and injects new momentum into the high-quality development of physical education teaching.This article expounds the value implications of digital empowerment in physical education teaching,andutilizes the unique value of digital technology to achieve precise,three-dimensional, intelligent education and diversified disemination.Atthesame time,inthe practice of empowering physical education teaching withdigital technology,therearestillmanyproblems tobefaced:firstly,themainbodydilemmas,that is, insuficientcolaborationamongeducationalsubjects;thesecondisse iscontentdilemmas,wheredigital teachingdevices and platforms do notmatchthe needsofstudents;the thirdisthe technical dilemmas,which is the insuffcientdigital technology innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the digital empowermentof physical education teaching fromthefollowingthreeaspects:firstly,itenhances thedigitaliteracyofteachersandstudents inphysical education, provides human capital for digital empowerment in physical education teaching; secondly,developing high-quality learning esources for physical education majors lays a solid foundation for digital empowerment in physical education teaching;andfnally,itstrengthens thedevelopmentofrelateddigital technologiestoprovidefundamentalimpetus for digital empowerment in physical education teaching.
