Colege of Sportsand Health，Yulin Normal University，Yulin，Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，537ooo China [Abstract] Digital empowerment brings new opportunities and injects new momentum into the high-quality development of physical education teaching.This article expounds the value implications of digital empowerment in physical education teaching，andutilizes the unique value of digital technology to achieve precise，three-dimensional， intelligent education and diversified disemination.Atthesame time，inthe practice of empowering physical education teaching withdigital technology，therearestillmanyproblems tobefaced：firstly，themainbodydilemmas，that is， insuficientcolaborationamongeducationalsubjects;thesecondisse iscontentdilemmas，wheredigital teachingdevices and platforms do notmatchthe needsofstudents;the thirdisthe technical dilemmas，which is the insuffcientdigital technology innovation.Therefore，it is necessary to enhance the digital empowermentof physical education teaching fromthefollowingthreeaspects：firstly，itenhances thedigitaliteracyofteachersandstudents inphysical education， provides human capital for digital empowerment in physical education teaching; secondly，developing high-quality learning esources for physical education majors lays a solid foundation for digital empowerment in physical education teaching;andfnally，itstrengthens thedevelopmentofrelateddigital technologiestoprovidefundamentalimpetus for digital empowerment in physical education teaching.
