Study on the Teaching Reform of Basketball Courses in Vocational Sports Colleges Based on Professional Competence Cultivation

Fujian Sports Vocational Educationand Technical College，Fuzhou，Fujian Province，35ooo3 China [Abstract]Thebasketballcourses invocationalsportscollegesserveasakeycarierforcultivating sportsskilled talents， aiming to enhance students' job competence and practical application abilities.Driven bythe developmentof the sports industry and the reform of vocational education， there isan urgent need to adjust the course content，teaching models， andevaluationsystems tomettherequirementsof industrypositions.Thecurrent basketball courses invocational sports collges have the problem of being disconnected from the actual job requirements in terms of teaching content，teaching mode，evaluation system，and integration of industryand education，whichrestricts the formationand improvement of students'vocationalabilities.Around thecultivationof vocational abilities，course reform is being promoted from four aspects： reconstructionofteachingcontent，innovation of teaching modes，improvement of evaluation mechanisms， and adjustment of teacher structure.The course content focuses on modular integration of job competency elements， with teaching organization emphasizing abilitytransferand practical application. The evaluation system is expanded to multi-dimensional standardsand connected to industrynorms.Thecolaborative education mechanism promotes the connection between teachingand industrythrough the integration of diverse teachers.The overallreform path aims tobuilda bsketballcurriculumsystem thatisjoboriented，structurallyreasonable，andhas clear mechanisms，enancing students' job adaptability and sustainable development potential.
