Research on the Application of Digital Technology Empowering Track and Field Training

Yangquan Vocational and Technical College，Yangquan， Shanxi Province， O45ooo China [Abstract] This research employs the methods ofliterature reviewand logical analysis to explore the application advantages，existing problems and coping strategies of digital technology empowering track and field training. The research results show that theapplication advantages of digital technology empowering track and field training are to promotethe personalization oftrack and field training and reduce therisk ofsports injuries forathletes.However， its application alsofaces manyproblems，such asinconsistent data formats，lowdigitaliteracylevels ofcoachesandathletes， and the risk oftraining data leakage.Inresponseto these isues，this research proposes suggestions such as unifyingdata formats，enhancing thedigital literacylevels ofcoachesandathletes，and improving data management and protection mechanisms.
